#1. Drink Lemon-Amla juice with grated ginger everyday.
#2.Eat plenty of colorful,varied fresh fruits esp. red,orange and purple.(Berries and sweet potatoes).
#3.Eat plenty of seeds such as flaxseeds ,pumpkin and sunfolwer as snacks,in salads,on your cereal,etc.
#4.Include plenty of vitamin C- rich foods in your diet - amla, guava,broccoli,peas,cabbage,lemons,oranges and berries.
#5.Don't smoke , minimize intake of alcohol,tea,coffee and sugar.(Go for honey,an healthy option).
